Essence of anticrisis management in an uncertain market enviroment

The paper has proved the relevance of scientific and practical application of crisis management framework at the national companies. The essence of the concept of «crisis management» has been studied singled out the basic approach to its interpretation, according to which the latter aims at removing the company from the crisis, maintaining its stability, preventing crises. The essence and the process of implementation of crisis management, methods and forms of application have been reviewed. The approaches to the formation of crisis management as a unified system have been theoretically grounded.
