The economic meaning of notions “the financial security of the enterprise” and “the system of the accounting and analytical support” has been clarified in this article. It has defined the place of financial statements in the system of accounting and analytical support ensuring financial security of the entity. Methodological approaches have been studied to evaluate the financial security of the enterprise on the basis of national and international indicators of financial statements.
