Strategies for improving the management system of the enterprise financial sustainability

The article substantiates and develops practical recommendations for constructing an effective management system of the enterprise financial stability on the basis of a clear definition of goals, objectives and implementation of planned activities.

An effective management system of financial stability involves the use of financial analysis, planning, regulation and control. Financial planning is the selection of tactics and strategies of the asset management, the formation of the optimal composition and structure of the equity and the debt capital, the planning of financial results, the definition of cash flow management policy.

Financial analysis is to assess the composition, structure and sources of property, to determine the type of financial stability, to assess the enterprise solvency and financial stability.

An effective management system of the enterprise financial stability should ensure the identification, measurement, monitoring and neutralization of financial risk.

In order to improve the financial management system, it is necessary not only to realistically assess the level of financial stability, but also to develop and implement anti-crisis measures.

Improving the management system of financial stability involves the use of modern tools of strategic, current and operational financial management.

The development of the enterprise financial strategy is to select the concept of financial stability management, the establishment of strategic guidelines and constraints on the development of the enterprise financial system, the definition of targets for financial stability.

Current management of financial stability is carried out within the framework of strategic decisions in relation to the enterprise current tasks and the available opportunities to solve them.

The operational management level of the enterprise financial stability is in detailing of the tactical level and aimed at correcting deviations of financial stability actual indicators from the normative ones.

The management system of financial stability will allow one to identify problems in a timely manner, determine the directions of their solution and ensure the enterprise development in unstable environmental conditions.
