Enterprise management: stages of evolution, factors and modern approaches to improving

The basic stages of formation of the enterprise management theory, factors of changes in the management activity caused by the increasing competition, financial and economic crises, the development of information technology have been studied. It has been established that the selection of the management model depends on many factors — the production scale, specialization, cooperation, management cost, training of management personnel and so on. Their hierarchy has been determined, in which the production scale, the level of specialization and cooperation, the qualification of management personnel occupy the highest levels. The basic approaches to management have been reviewed, where an important role is played by the model of changes ma­nagement.
