The journal of scientific papers "Scientific Papers (Ukrainian Academy of Printing )" implements the open access mandate and is governed by:
the guidelines of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) (February 14, 2002, Budapest, Hungary) http://www.budapestopenaccessinitiative.org/read
Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Knowledge in the Sciences and Humanities (October 20-22, 2003, Berlin, Germany) https://openaccess.mpg.de/Berlin-Declaration
The editorial board uses the definition of open access in accordance with the guidelines of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).
"Open access" to peer-reviewed scientific literature means its free availability on the public internet, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the Internet itself. The only constraint on reproduction and distribution, and the only role for copyright in this domain, should be to give authors control over the integrity of their work and the right to be properly acknowledged and cited.
The journal provides readers with immediate, free access to all published materials under the international license Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) .
Users have the right to freely read, download, copy and print materials, to search for content and to refer to published articles, to distribute their full text and to use them for any legitimate non-commercial purposes (i.e. educational or scientific) with the obligatory reference to the authors of the article and the original publication in the journal "Scientific Papers (Ukrainian Academy of Printing )".
