Features of personnel management in entrepreneurial organizational structures in atypical conditions of economic activity

The focus is on the conditions of doing business in the current economic environment. Typical and atypical conditions for conducting business are distinguished. Atypical business conditions are characterized, and the main reasons for their emergence are identified. The need to take into account changes in the business environment in personnel management is emphasized. Differences in the internal and external characteristics of personnel management in atypical business conditions are noted.

The expediency of applying a systemic and comprehensive approach to the study of current personnel management features is emphasized. The peculiarities of personnel management are characterized in terms of its functions and methods. The main changes in personnel management, caused by current atypical business conditions, are demonstrated using the example of the LLC «Clinic of reproduction of man «Alternative» The importance of strict compliance with all legal regulations during personnel management in the period of the COVID-19 pandemic is emphasized. Conclusions are drawn, and recommendations are provided.
