The active process of globalization, the logistic processes taking place in the European Union, the penetration of innovative management methods in the Ukrainian enterprise system motivate domestic managers to find the alternatives and effective management methods. At this stage, the problem of the formation of organizational structures that would include logistic centres has not been resolved.

This article covers the issues related to the advantages that the presence of a logistic unit in their organizational systems gives to the enterprise, its functions and places in the organizational structure, the possibility of optimizing the enterprise activity at its expense.

The functions of management, marketing and implementation of logistic activities are synergistically integrated with each other. If all the staff of the company or the enterprise has no ability or willingness to cooperate in the time, information and financial plane, then we cannot talk about such a management system as an effective and visible phenomenon to others. In order to implement the marketing and logistic management system, we must look for ways and tools for its implementation. One of them is the management, which reduces the redistribution and the dispersal of logistic functions between different departments and other organizational units. Therefore, in the organization and implementation of logistic processes in the field of logistics, certain management tools should be formed that provide organizational, economic, informational, technical, technological unity of stream processes in accordance with the basic principles of the concept of logistics. This management tool is the organizational logistic system, which in modern terms is usually implemented in the form of certain software products (operating systems), aimed at the widespread use of computer technology.

Thus, in order to integrate the logistic functions into the enterprise management system, one of the most important conditions is the general strategic vision of such a goal by all process participants and the willingness to implement the changes directly within the enterprise by managers of all levels. The relevance of the above issues is the need to take into account the peculiarities of quantitative and qualitative identification of logistic flows.
