The impact of digitalization on the development of publishing

This article describes the problems and opportunities for the development of a publishing enterprise using modern digitalization trends. The article analyzes which trends and directions of digitalization are relevant for publishing enterprises and how they change the processes and business models of such enterprises. The impact of digital transformation on the creation of new formats of products and services of publishing enterprises, content creation, improvement of production processes and sales and marketing processes is considered and analyzed in detail. Publishing enterprises must quickly adapt and undergo digital transformation in order not to lose the market and customers. To do this, it is necessary to study all the new opportunities provided by digitalization, undergo employee training and use innovative technologies. Along with the fact that digitalization affects the current activities of publishing enterprises, it also opens up new opportunities for the creation of new products and services and innovative processes that provide significant competitive advantages. The direction of increasing the level of digitalization for publishing enterprises is relevant and a priority and should be strategic. It should also be noted that there are many difficulties that need to be overcome in order to obtain the desired result. But in general, the impact of digitalization is positive, although it requires active actions and changes in models, systems and processes.
