The analysis of favourable business conduct indices has been carried out, namely of the Doing Business World Bank which point at the favourable business-environment in Ukraine, that is: the easiness of the business opening and conducting, credit policy, international trade and access to electric power, etc. The dynamics of the employers` registration and suspension activity has been also presented by years. The organizational economic mechanism of business-environment forming has been offered on the macro- and regional levels, taking into account the influence of internal and external competition and informative environment in the modern conditions of Ukraine.
